We've been using our new 50″ Samsung plasma TV for 5 weeks, all of the sudden while we're watching TV a loud noise comes out of it and a line starts appearing on the screen. Sme sa pomocou našej novej 50 "Samsung plazma TV za 5 týždňov, všetky náhlej a súčasne sme sledovali TV hlasno hluk pochádza z neho a riadok začína objavujú na obrazovke. This just happened to my 50″ Samsung hp-t5054 as well. To sa práve stalo na mojom 50 "Samsung HP-t5054 rovnako. The tech came and took pictures of the crack and told me he is going to send the pics to Samsung for them to decide what to do. V tech prišiel a vzal fotky z kraku a povedal mi, že sa chystá poslať fotky pre Samsung pre nich rozhodnúť, čo robiť. I am not too hopeful now. Nejsem príliš nádejný teraz.

Samsung is doing the same to me! Samsung robí to isté ku mne! my tv was playing beautifully and made a pop and crackle and shut off… since then no picture and just a buzzing sound.. Moja TV hrál krásně a udělali pop a praskanie a vypne ... a od tej doby žiadny obraz a zvuk len bzučení .. i have two techs come look at it and mark no physical damage but because of the crack they wont repair it.. Mám dva technici príde sa na to pozrieť a žiadne známky fyzického poškodenia, ale preto, že sú bezva zvyknutý opraviť .. I am thinking of getting a lawyer this week.. Ja som premýšľal, ako sa právnik tento týždeň .. samsung is sending out a tech from their company and if they dont give me what we are seeking i am going to fight them to the fullest extent that i can.. Samsung sa zaslaním jeden z tech ich spoločnosti, a ak dont daj mi to, čo hľadáte jdu bojovať s nimi v plnom rozsahu, že môžem .. we should all join up and do something.. by sme mali všetko zapojiť a niečo urobiť .. this is not right.. nie je to pravé .. i also have a 4 year extended warranty that 6th ave electronics will not honor.. Tiež som sa 4 roky predlžuje záruku, že 6. ave elektronika nebude česť .. what is the point of it? Čo je to miesto je? i am curious, where have you found many other cases of the exact same problem? Som zvedavá, kde si našiel mnoho ďalších prípadoch presne rovnaký problém? i am looking to gather all the info i can to use against samsung.. Today I filed a complaint with the attorny generals office today in NY. Dnes som podal sťažnosť u attorno generáli kancelária dnes v NY. I have also found many many other cases of the same exact problem. Tiež som našiel mnoho mnoho ďalších prípadoch rovnaké presný problém. Samsung has sold alot of defective products and should be held accountable and horor their warranty Samsung už predal veľa chybných výrobkov a malo by byť zodpovední a Horor ich záručná

Joey, good luck, I had to files open with the BBB and they closed both of them with no help. Joey, veľa šťastia, já musel otvoriť súbory s BBB a skončila obaja bez pomoci. I still have my TV. Pořád mám na televíziu. Maybe the two of us can do more. Možno, že dvaja z nás môže urobiť viac.

I had the same exact problem with a 50 inch plasma. Mal som rovnaký problém s presnou 50 in plazmy. Samsung also told me they wont fix it. Samsung tiež mi povedal, že oprava je zvyknutý. I put in a complaint with the better business bureau and with my local TV station I do sťažnosť k lepšej obchodná kancelária a so svojim miestnej televíznej stanice

I bought a Samsung HPT4254 and 42 days of great service and with no external force the crystal cracked all the way across the screen. Koupil jsem Samsung HPT4254 a 42 dní veľkú službu a bez vonkajšej sila kryštálu krakované celú cestu po celej obrazovke. The store where I bought the TV said they do not cover cracks and samsung said they will not cover it. Skladu, kde som kúpil televízii povedal, že nepokryjú trhlín a Samsung povedal, že sa nebude týkať ju. I am now stuck with a 42 in. black screen. Já jsem teď uviazol s 42 palcov čiernu obrazovku.
