We've been using our new 50″ Samsung plasma TV for 5 weeks, all of the sudden while we're watching TV a loud noise comes out of it and a line starts appearing on the screen. This just happened to my 50″ Samsung hp-t5054 as well. Tas tikai noticis ar manu 50 "Samsung hp-t5054 as well. The tech came and took pictures of the crack and told me he is going to send the pics to Samsung for them to decide what to do. Samsung is doing the same to me! Samsung dara pats ar mani! my tv was playing beautifully and made a pop and crackle and shut off… since then no picture and just a buzzing sound.. mans tv spēlēja skaisti un ir pop un sprakšķēt un izslēdzies ... jo tad neviens attēls un tikai buzzing sound .. i have two techs come look at it and mark no physical damage but because of the crack they wont repair it.. Man ir divas techs nāk aplūkojiet un zīme fiziski bojāta, tomēr dēļ plaisu viņi paradis labot .. I am thinking of getting a lawyer this week.. I had the same exact problem with a 50 inch plasma. Man bija pats precīzu problēmas ar 50 collu plazmas. Samsung also told me they wont fix it. Samsung arī man viņi paradis salabot. I put in a complaint with the better business bureau and with my local TV station Man ir sūdzība ar Better Business Bureau, un ar savas vietējās televīzijas stacija

I bought a Samsung HPT4254 and 42 days of great service and with no external force the crystal cracked all the way across the screen. Es nopirku Samsung HPT4254 un 42 dienu lielisku servisu un bez ārēja spēka kristāla krekinga visu ceļu pāri ekrānam. The store where I bought the TV said they do not cover cracks and samsung said they will not cover it. Veikals, kur es nopirku TV teica, tie neattiecas uz plaisām un samsung teica, ka viņi nebūs saistīts ar to. I am now stuck with a 42 in. black screen. Es tagad esmu iestrēdzis ar 42 collu melns ekrāns. Circuit City and samsung will get no more of my business. Circuit City un samsung nesaņems vairāk manu uzņēmējdarbību. Does anyone else have any help for me. Vai kāds cits ir kāds palīdzēt man.
