We've been using our new 50″ Samsung plasma TV for 5 weeks, all of the sudden while we're watching TV a loud noise comes out of it and a line starts appearing on the screen. The tech came and took pictures of the crack and told me he is going to send the pics to Samsung for them to decide what to do. Samsung is doing the same to me! Samsung adalah melakukan yang sama kepada saya! my tv was playing beautifully and made a pop and crackle and shut off… since then no picture and just a buzzing sound.. tv saya adalah bermain cantik dan membuat crackle pop dan mematikan ... dan sejak itu tidak hanya gambar dan suara buzzing .. i have two techs come look at it and mark no physical damage but because of the crack they wont repair it.. i have two techs datang dan melihat tidak ada tanda kerusakan fisik tetapi karena mereka yang retak wont menservisnya .. I am thinking of getting a lawyer this week.. I had the same exact problem with a 50 inch plasma. Saya yang sama persis dengan masalah plasma 50 inch. Samsung also told me they wont fix it. Samsung juga berkata mereka wont fix it. I bought a Samsung HPT4254 and 42 days of great service and with no external force the crystal cracked all the way across the screen. The store where I bought the TV said they do not cover cracks and samsung said they will not cover it.
