first of all u need memory card in ur sk3 then it would show up on ur computer

Ok look if ur comp won’t recongize ur sk3 then simply sometimes certain USB’s won’t work for the sk3. Sometimes motorola USB’s that fit into ur sk3 work. And I use a motorola usb if u have any problems send me a email at

My phone doesn’t get recognised in my Mac either. And i can’t seem to find ANY solution to this problem anywhere! My computer isn’t ancient or anything…

Well…..sidekick3 is the shit so far… just not to many people in germany know about it or even have one. I have the german version and it doesn’t have yahoo instant messenger. That’s kinda sucks. But everything else works great.

its simple just go to the gray box on the right of your puter and it will be in there on the far left under the gray box again.

Some times it depends what year your comp is,and if your usb connections are working right,but most likly your comp is out of date.

make sure you connect the usb cords correctly. I plugged mines into my friends apple and like it worked perfectly fine. plug it into the keyboard slots.
