    Hi, I just had to say thank you for the information and the link for the Windows Genuine Advantage Notification tool. Everytime I went to Windows update the install of KB905474 failed although in Add/Remove programs it said it was installed a while back. I checked the registry according to Microsoft at the url below but that was not it. Again, Thank you.
