Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 Standalone Installer Full Download

Adobe Acrobat Reader is the de-factor reader for the popular PDF documents. Currently, if you want to download and install latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 7.0.8) from Adobe Download, you will have to download a small setup file instead that will install Adobe Download Manager which will then launches itself to download the setup files from Acrobat Reader proper.

However, the steps may be troublesome and unnecessary for system administrators who need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader in multiple computers, or those who doesn’t like Adobe Download Manager 2.0 and prefer direct installation from setup file, those who wants to install Acrobat Reader offline. To make matter worse, Adobe has not made known in a visible way of how to download full standalone installer of Acrobat Reader without Adobe Download Manager. But it does exist, which can be downloaded at link below:

    THANK YOU! I have spent hours looking for adobe reader 7 install for windows xp. Whew, was having a nervous breakdown and then I found your site. Abobe readers above 7 are really BAD! Thanks big time.

    Oddly enough, I want Acrobat Reader _7_ not *8* becuase 8 has disabled features I rely (the whole scroll _up_ to go to the bottom of the previous page in single page view) & the toolbars are both ugly & excessively large.
    Fortunately I live in a country that does not as far as I am aware offere recipcocity on the Disney Millenium Copyright Act, so when I finally migrate my lazy bum to Linux, I’ll legally be able to crack all my PDFs into usable formats.

    You can download the standalone installer for any platform from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html?type=distrib. To do so you will have to agree to be bound by a distribution agreement.
