Macally Peripherals’ USB 2.0 FireWire Hi-Speed Combo Hub-UF is a USB 2.0 and Firewire Combo Hub for Mac or Windows and any desktop or notebook computer with an available USB port and FireWire port. Hub-UF provides 2 FireWire ports with up to 400Mbps data transfer rate and 4 USB 2.0 Hi-Speed ports with up to 480Mbps data transfer rate.
MacNN reviewed Hub-UF and concluded that Macally Hub-UF is good for its light weight, can be mount vertically, horizontally, or magnetically and is an excellent travel accessory. However, if falls short on only able to provide power for up to 3 devices, has only 2 FireWire ports, but one must be connected to the computer, which supposely could use another FireWire port.
